EQUIPMENT RENTAL QUOTE

Midwest Gym Supply, Inc. provides FREE meet and event equipment rental quotes.

This information is needed for a gymnastics meet or cheerleading event quote:

• DATE OF EVENT
  Include equipment set-up and take-down days and times
• EVENT LOCATION
• EQUIPMENT FORMAT NEEDED
  Capital Cup, cheer floor, women's equipment, men's equipment, etc.
• MEET HOST INFORMATION
  Gym name, contact person and contact phone number
• Any other specific or useful information needed for an accurate quote

EVENT CONTRACT

 We do not put an event on our schedule until Midwest Gym Supply, Inc. has a signed Meet Contract with a deposit returned to us prior to the event. A verbal commitment will not reserve your event date.

 If you want us to supply your gymnastics or cheerleading event, you will need to contact our Meet Coordinator to send you a contract to be signed and returned with your event deposit.
